I have been starting to feel the muscle loss in my upper body, mostly because that's the area I work the least. I would like to lift weights 3 times a week to counter that. I currently intend to make this a series market. Please comment any tips on how your average ADHD gal can make weight lifting work for me

@CalebMoore I appreciate that! I do manage to use the exercise bike ~4x per week, but weights have always been hard for me to get into. If you have any tips I'd love to hear them
