Also, if either medicine is dropped that does count as decrease

If delivery mechanism is changed, I will base resolution on whether the doctor says it will increase or decrease the relevant hormone levels relative to current delivery mechanism. So for example if it went from a 2mg pill to a larger but less frequent injection, and the injection would increase serum estrogen on average, I will resolve that as an increase

For spiro, decrease in serum testosterone implies increase in effective dosage
