This question will resolve as YES if Joe Biden is no longer officially the president of the United States and Jimmy Carter is still alive.

This question will resolve as NO if Jimmy Carter dies while Joe Biden is still officially the president of the United States.

If the timing of both events is too close to determine the exact order, this market will resolve 50%/50%.
