Anyone who is a proper guest (appears as a speaker in a podcast episode, though not necessarily for its full duration) on Fridman's channel before Election Day (after market creation) will resolve as YES, provided the episode is published before 11:59 PM ET on November 4th, 2024. Resolves whenever the podcast appears on his linked YT channel, not on announcement. Otherwise, it will resolve as NO.
