Roglic DNS stage 10 due to back pain. Mas and Carapaz cancel each other out while Landa puts on the performance of his life to win the Vuelta.

Resolves to the rider who either will win La Vuelta if Roglich doesn't win La Vuelta or to the rider who will become second if Roglic wins La Vuelta.

Question closes next Monday (Sptember 2nd) on the second Rest Day because I am not a cash cow.
