Among members of the USA teams for IMO 2024, 2025, and 2026, will more live on the west coast than the east coast of the contiguous United States?

In the event of a tie, I will flip a physical coin. If the coin lands somewhere in the west coast, the market will resolve YES. If the coin lands somewhere in the east coast, the market will resolve NO. Otherwise, the market will resolve YES on tails or NO on heads.

This will be based on each team member's primary residence during the year preceding IMO qualification. The west coast is the Pacific time zone and the east coast is the Eastern time zone. If some team members' coastal affiliations are ambiguous in a way that might affect the resolution of this market, I will ask them which coast (if either) they identify with.

I will allow myself to bet in this market.
