Bonus Depreciation has been a big win for many, many businesses.
The Current Bonus Depreciation Schedule is 80% for 2023, 60% for 2024, 40% for 2025, 20% for 2026 and then it is ended.
This question will resolve as "YES" if a bill is passed, including the year-end omnibus spending bill, which increases any of the above amounts on the schedule or extends the schedule beyond 2025, before January 1st, 2024.
Otherwise, it will Resolve as "NO."
