@LeoSpitz I read it as just needing to be available to any member of the public(i.e. anyone not under NDA). The blog says "will expand to additional countries in the coming weeks." so maybe it will be available outside the US before it's on Android anyways, but I think it shouldn't be required.

The market does still need to wait for an Android release.
