@Darj This time he has nothing to lose but only to avenge his loss. Volk is probably the most strategic fighter in the ufc. He’s very smart knows what to do and when to do it. Every 2nd fight he had with someone he completely dismantled them. Islam is a fucking savage don’t get me wrong but I got my bag in volk Saturday night.
@AnthonyJancevski Plus you can arguably say that Islam lost the first fight some just say it was a close fight. I honestly thought volk did more. Islam just hugged him. I guess if you are from Dagestan that’s the only time control matters. Other than that Islam couldn’t step toe to toe with volk. Those take downs was all he had and volk still was slugging him while being “controlled” like I said the numbers don’t lie man. Volk won that shit and everyone knows it.

@AnthonyJancevski The first fight is arguable either way. But saying Islam had nothing for him on the feet was pretty crazy. He had more success striking with Volk than anyone since Mendes, Including Yair.
