I didn’t expect this question; the one I’d anticipated is if they are opposite-handed like one of my family members, batting one side and throwing the other. On that, I’m resolving based on where they stand at the plate. If a guy throws right and bats left, Ohtani for example - were he participating - he would be considered a lefty.
