Monday-Wednesday from 10:30 – RoH or 23:00, whichever is the later.

Thursday from 10:30 – RoH or 22:00, whichever is the later.

Friday from 10:30 – RoH or 15:15, whichever is the later.

In this context RoH seems to mean 'Rise of House', which I think is the end of Commons business for the day but I'm not certain.
