On July 29th and 30th, several political prisoners mysteriously disappeared from their places of detention (taken to an unknown location). The following people were taken: Ilya Yashin, Oleg Orlov, Sasha Skochilenko, Lilia Chanysheva, and Ksenia Fadeeva.
Their relatives and lawyers are unable to obtain any information.
If those people got into different situations the 100% (5people * 20% per person) will be split among corresponding variants.
If a single person faces several of the given scenarios, his 20% will be distributed to those scenarios.
It says the exchange has already happened, yet russia media say it will happen at 18:00 european time, and Flightradar showing the russian plane still in the air.
I think Insider rushed their preliminary list
I think it should be another dilemma:
(Reward putin and release dozens) XOR (do not reward and do not release)
The sentence from the article is weirdly constructed, like rewarding and releasing are mutually excluding options (when in reality it is the same option).
(That is to show my theory Insider rushed)

N1 says about potential massive exchange between Russia, USA, Germany, Belarus.
The press secretary of the president, Dmitry Peskov, responded to a question from *Vedomosti* about the possible preparation of prisoners, including The Wall Street Journal journalist Evan Gershkovich, for exchange by stating, "We do not comment on this topic."
Earlier, Eva Merkacheva, a member of the Presidential Human Rights Council, suggested that the alleged disappearance of well-known convicts from their places of detention could be related to a "group exchange."
