The bill would make it harder to block housing applications with bad faith environmental appeals. It has already passed the Assembly but still needs to pass the Senate and be signed by the Governor.

Resolves YES if the bill passes both houses and is signed by the Governor. If it becomes a "two year bill" all bets will be refunded.
