According to a report today from the Intersect, Amazon may buy AMC and use it to showcase Prime Video content among other uses. AMC stock jumped about 50 cents on the news. https://www.intersect.news/p/amazon-investing-amc-movie-theater
Resolves YES if Amazon files SEC documents saying it has agreed to buy AMC (just the announcement, not the closing date of the deal), or NO if no such announcement has been made by January 1, 2024.
