This market resolves to YES if Vivek Ramaswamy (@vivekgramaswamy on Instagram) posts at least one picture of someone (even himself) wearing a Halloween costume on his Instagram account between now and November 1, 2025. A Halloween costume is defined as any outfit worn specifically for Halloween celebrations that differs from his normal attire. The post must be made on his official Instagram account which currently has 2M followers and 1,440 posts as of September 2025.

Resolution Criteria:

• YES if Vivek posts a picture of himself in a Halloween costume on his Instagram account before November 1, 2025

• NO if no such post appears by November 1, 2025
