Resolved
N/A

If Trump refuses to answer a question based on his assertion of the Fifth Amendment in the NY civil fraud trial, and then makes a public statement within three days of his testimony's conclusion, that taking the Fifth Amendment was actually a "very smart" thing to do, then this will resolve YES.

We are looking for the phrase "very smart" to be used, such as "it was actually a very smart thing of me to do". Or, "my very smart lawyers told me to do it."

It's not that he's guilty, folks, just "very smart."

There's a three day window after his testimony concludes for him to make this assertion. If he does not testify, it will resolve N/A. If he comments, but does not use the phrase telling us he's "very smart" then it would resolve as NO.

Resolution date may change based on the court's schedule. Three days begins the day after he ends his testimony, i.e., he testifies on a Monday, then the third day would be Thursday.
