A "new plot tag" is defined as any tag from a character in any thread in this section of planecrash written after 10/29/22, excluding the "[START HERE] How to Read Glowfic" and "flashback: this is not a threat" threads. Edits to existing tags do not count as "new plot tags"; the tag must be entirely new. Author notes (example) do not count as "new plot tags"; the tag must be attached to some character. Any character listed in https://www.glowfic.com/users/*/characters counts, including e.g. "Cheliax".
