Qualifying phrases: Only "you're/you are fired!" will count as valid for this market.

Target: The statement must be directed at Donald Trump, even if he doesn't personally see or hear it.

Medium: The statement can be made through any medium of communication, including but not limited to: in person, television broadcast, radio broadcast, social media post, press release, public speech or private communication that becomes publicly verifiable.

Verification: The statement must be verifiable through reputable media sources, official recordings/transcripts, or directly observable public communications. I will be looking for sources, but traders are encouraged to post verification sources in the comments section if and when they become available.

Intent: While Trump doesn't need to be present or directly receive the message, the intent to communicate this message to or about him must be clear.

Disqualification: This market will resolve as "No" if either of these scenarios occurs:

a) Kamala Harris is inaugurated as President without having said the qualifying phrase.

b) Kamala Harris concedes the election without having said the qualifying phrase.

c) Either candidate suspends their campaign without Kamala Harris having said the qualifying phrase.

Finger gun: Kamala Harris may, but is not required to, accompany the statement with a finger gun in the style of The Apprentice. The presence or absence of finger guns shall not affect the resolution of the market.
