The resolution criteria is deliberately vague to make it harder to move the market by just making some request that fits the criterion and then abandonning it.

The general principle is to count one week after launch how many regular users it has over the course of a week, with regular users meaning something akin to people who are not just testing it out with one or two requests.

Resolves to NA if Manifold does not offer a graphql API or the question is not easilly answerable (eg. Admins refuse to disclose to answer this question)
