Resolves YES if he reaches the northernmost point in Africa in under 366 days

If Russ moves the finish point and declares his run still valid I will most likely defer to his decision, but will make a judgement on that based on exactly what has happened.

He's currently still on pace to do it, but has (I believe) fallen off his target pace by some margin and has been having more and more 'short' days as his mission goes on.

@JoshuaWilkes I suspect that the distance-to-go calculated may also take him deeper into the Sahara than he's happy to go when it actually comes to it, which could completely scupper this
