Block notice:
in this set of markets "in 2023" is intended to be read as 'in the 2023 season' (as clarified further in the description). It seems like people are interpreting it as 'in the calendar year of 2023'.
I strongly suggest that people adjust their positions to account for the fact that yards gained in week 18 *will* count (and yards gained in the 2022 season but in the calendar year of 2023 will not).
My intention is not to resolve this NA because of this misinterpretation. If necessary I will hand the adjudication of this over to a suitable manifold employee, but again, left in my hands this will resolve according to my original intention.
@JoshuaWilkes Maybe adding regular season to title would help? 3 Jan close and title perhaps makes people jump to conclusion it is calendar year 2023?
@ChristopherRandles Yeah, apparently ๐ Wednesday close was because I assumed there would be Thursday night football
@JoshuaWilkes Kelce didn't play the last two times the Chiefs were locked into their seed the last game of the season (2017 and 2021). I'd say he's likely to not play and if he does it's very unlikely to be more than a couple series. 3% of him hitting probably too low but imo it's <10%.
@JoshuaWilkes Def how I read this when I placed the bet, hopefully itโll be a moot point after next week
@AbhijaatKelkar If it's the 2023 calendar year wouldn't that include games at the end of the 2022 season: Weeks 17 and 18 and the playoffs? Kelce would actually win the prop in that case.
