Following the debuts of House of the Dragon and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, HBO and Warner Bros. have put numerous other Game of Thrones / A Song of Ice and Fire spinoffs into script and concept development. This market predicts which of these reported/rumored projects will actually complete production and premiere to the public—either on television/streaming or as a theatrical feature film—on or before December 31, 2035.
Resolution Criteria & Fine Print
Standard for "YES": An option resolves to YES if at least one full episode (for a TV series) or the feature film itself receives an official public release (broadcast, streaming, or theatrical release) anywhere in the world prior to 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2035.
Standard for "NO": An option resolves to NO if the project is explicitly cancelled by HBO/Warner Bros. before the end date, or if no public release has occurred by 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2035.
Rebrand / Title Changes: If a project undergoes a name change during development but retains its core premise, narrative focus, and main characters (e.g., if Ten Thousand Ships is renamed Nymeria or Queen of the Rhoynar), it will resolve under the corresponding option.
Medium Shifts: If a show planned for TV shifts to a feature film (or vice versa), it still resolves to YES for that concept as long as it releases.
Resolution Sources: Official press releases from Warner Bros. Discovery / HBO, or primary industry reporting (The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Deadline) will be used to verify releases or cancellations.
