Resolves YES if there are at least 100 markets in the category "Cabbage" by midnight, Oct. 1 CT. I will not count markets if it doesn't make sense for them to be in the Cabbage group (i.e. the market has nothing to do with cabbage and was seemingly put in the group either by accident or to manipulate this market). I also won't count unlisted markets. I will count all market types, including bounties, polls, and markets that have already resolved.

Is it a point in time snapshot at midnight on 1 October or will it resolve Yes if 100 is reached before then?
@JosephNoonan I don't know if I really want to do that myself, but it seems like something that somebody would do.
