This market will resolve YES if I receive evidence that one group of buffalo from the city of Buffalo, New York, who were being bullied by another group of buffalo from the same city, themselves decided to bully yet another group of Buffalo buffalo. If I receive no evidence of this by the closure date, it will resolve NO.
