My Manifold survey asks whether the multiverse exists, with the following options:

  • Almost certainly

  • It likely exists.

  • I'm completely agnostic.

  • It likely doesn't exist.

  • Almost certainly not

I will treat these as a linear scale and calculate the average, i.e., (I will convert "Almost certainly" into 100%, "It likely exists," into 75%, "I'm completely agnostic," into 50%, etc.). Resolves YES if the average is >50%.

Chances are there are infinitely many universes in which this resolves to NO, but I had to be stuck in this one…
