Mar 15, 3:52pm: As of yesterday, the Health Pass is not required for entry into restaurants (https://www.rfi.fr/en/france/20220304-france-to-suspend-covid-vaccine-pass-from-14-march-as-situation-improves-masks).
However I will keep this open until 1 Oct due to the phrasing of the question; it is conceivable that the government could re-instate it if cases rose beyond a certain level. The market will resolve based on the status of the Health Pass on 1 Oct as specified.
