Resolves YES when there is a market with the sum of YES and NO shares bigger than 10 000 000 (10 million). I will not search for any of them, you will have to provide me a link for that market. Doesn't have to be at close, any moment will count towards YES resolution. Has to happen after this market creation. I don't care how and where, I just need to see the Big number.
