I will put a wall of NO limit orders at 2%. This resolves 72% with a probability of 1/37 to give it the same odds as as European Roulette. I will use @FairlyRandom to generate a number from 1-37, and if the number is 13 it will resolve 72%. Otherwise it resolves NO.

@A why does it have that restriction anyway? Seems like it could be programmed to just reply to any mention regardless of groups
@JonathanRay I couldn't find any API for querying mentions, just groups. If I missed something I'd be happy to update that :)
@A every mention generates a notification, and notifications must be using some sort of API that exists but they haven't publicly disclosed yet I guess
