Will it offer at least one dedicated pickleball court before 2027?

This market will resolve YES if, at any point before December 31, 2026, there is at least one dedicated pickleball court available for use by members.

A court counts as dedicated if it is not shared with other sports (e.g., basketball or tennis) and is specifically configured for pickleball, including a permanent net and court lines.

This market will resolve NO if:

• No pickleball courts are available for use by members

• Only multi-use/shared courts are provided

• Or if the Brooklyn Tower Life Time Fitness does not open before 2027
