YES
Last month, the Terra Luna cypto crashed to an all-time low and its UST stablecoin lost its peg; it is now regarded by many as a revealed ponzi scheme. A number of commentators have speculated that the Celsius Network was a feeder fund for the same ponzi scheme and is likely to suffer the same fate in the near future, eg: https://twitter.com/patio11/status/1536067676849680384 This market will resolve YES if Celsius suffers a large 'crash' (>80% of 'value' lost, is widely delisted, or other similar massive negative events) by the end of 2022, and NO in all other cases.

@PeterBorah filing for bankruptcy is I think good enough to resolve this - thanks!

Just in case people were wondering why this hasn't been resolved yet - the CEL-PERP contract on FTX (which is a reasonable 'futures' contract for Celsius) is actually UP over 900% since this market was opened. While I am personally convinced that this is as scammy as it comes, public reality hasn't yet handed down a definitive verdict.

@Gigacasting definitely looking that way to me. But I'll hold off on resolution until the dust settles.
