I'm skeptical Russia would want Belarus in the war, when its current non-sanctioned friendly neighbor state is probably more valuable to them than their meager military. I'm doubly skeptical Belarus wants to be in that war, though pressure from Russia could conceivably bring them in. I am triply skeptical anyone is coming in openly on the Ukrainian side - if NATO wasn't going to touch it, nobody else is going to cowboy up for that particular ride.
