This market resolves YES if there is a group of related markets that have been arbitraged by @ArbitrageBot and a 72-hour period before the end of January 2023, such @ArbitrageBot's total profit on those markets was under -M$100 for at least 36 hours out of those 72 (not necessarily consecutively).
