This market will resolve 'NO' if this hasn't happened between 2023/07/31 03:10 and July 25th 2024 00:00 (Berlin, Germany time).
Since the publishing of Cicada 3301: An Internet Mystery, the average gap between non-Q&A videos has been ≈135 days. The most recent video, The Kennedy Assassination: Inside the Book Depository, however, was posted after a gap of 481 days.
Excluding the Seas #TeamSeas video, which, while it would resolve the market, is a style of video unlikely to be posted again, the last 5 videos were posted with an average gap of ≈237 days:

This market resolves 'YES' if LEMMiNO doesn't post a video within a span of ≈365 days since the posting of The Kennedy Assassination: Inside the Book Depository.
