This market resolves YES if Divock Origi leaves AC Milan, as per his player page on Transfermarkt.com, before 2023/09/03 00:00 (Milano, Italy time). 'Leaving' here, simply refers to the player's current club changing away from AC Milan, and a transfer appearing in the 'TRANSFER HISTORY' table. This includes loans as well as being released as a free agent.

This market resolves NO if no such thing occurs before 2023/09/03 00:00 (Milano, Italy time).

An exception will be made if credible* reports are coming out on 2023/09/02 (Milano, Italy time) about a completed transfer of Divock Origi and Transfermarkt hasn't updated the transfer before 2023/09/03 00:00 (Milano, Italy time). If such a case were to occur, I will move the time condition for both resolutions to 2023/09/04 00:00 (Milano, Italy time).
