This will resolve for a specific candidate if 1; Biden officially states he is not seeking a second term, and 2; Biden formally endorses another candidate as the nominee for the Democratic Party. If Biden does not seek a second term, and does not formally endorse any candidate before someone becomes the De Facto Nominee (either from winning a large number of primaries, or winning the majority of delegates at the convention), this resolves as No One. If Biden does not announce he is not seeking a second term before August 22, 2024, the time of the Democratic National Convention, this resolves to N/A.
