What if he makes a new sockpuppet and it gets banned (as I read it, the description would imply NO)?

@yaboi69 It would have to be a preexisting account owned by destiny, unbanned, and then re-banned.

Bettors, what should happen if he starts a new alt account without getting unbanned and gets banned on that alt account before January 1st, 2023? I might have mispolled a bit. My first instinct is that wouldn't count as a re-ban as defined in the initial description of this poll, and would resolve no.
