Resolves yes if Trump appears on stage and says a word before 2.40.00pm local Time in Davos. This is what is used for resolution. If it’s rescheduled, it doesn’t matter. We are trading on if the speech starts before 2.40.00pm davos time.
Eg. If he got on stage at 2.39.48 and said is the microphone working, that would count. If he’s just walking across the stage at 2.40.00pm won’t count.

@JamesTrunk Those are normally slightly delayed due to having type them up. Video reports show trump speaking at 2.38pm davos time
