Resolves yes if the pregnancy announced on 20 Jan 2026 by JD and Usha Vance, results in a baby and the baby has Charlie, James or Kirk as a first or middle name. Can be both.

Must be that name officially. If they name the baby Charles and say his nickname will be Charlie that doesn’t count.
