Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to YES if the United States Senate votes to confirm William "Bill" Pulte as Director of National Intelligence on or before June 4, 2027, at 11:59 PM ET.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to NO. This market will resolve no early if he fails a confirmation vote.

Note: Since Pulte was already confirmed as Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) in March 2025, this market specifically tracks any subsequent, new Senate confirmation.
