Resolution criteria

This market resolves to YES if, by December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST, law enforcement authorities publicly identify by name at least one suspect, person of interest, or charged individual in connection with the October 2026 mailing of suspicious letters bearing a "DSA" return address or references containing white powder/suspicious substances.

• "Identified" means a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency (such as the FBI, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, or U.S. Capitol Police) officially announces the legal name of a suspect, arrestee, indicted person, or person of interest, or unseals an indictment/criminal complaint naming them.

• Official confirmation reported by major credible news outlets (e.g., AP, Reuters, CBS, CNN) citing law enforcement will suffice.

• If no individual is named by law enforcement by the deadline, or if the deadline passes with the perpetrator(s) remaining unidentified, the market resolves to NO.
