AP and NBC both showed 99% votes earlier but now both are at 61% now, not sure what happened, probably a clerical mistake? DDHQ is still at >95%. I did think it was a little weird they apparently finished counting in like 30 minutes.

@Dssc yes probably an error. Perhaps 99% of early votes were counted. Election day still to come
