Welcome to Manifold :))

I'm still seeing whales coming in and obliterating markets like this, so I'm modestly hopeful.

How will you measure? Manifold shows the "trading volume", but that doesn't seem to measure "investment" as in the question's title. If I bet 10 Mana and then immediately sell my shares, that increases "trading volume" by 20, but arguably does not affect the amount invested in this market.

@Sjlver Yeah, I made this market before they changed to CFMM. I'll go by volume. If volume stops being displayed, I'll use whatever the most appropriate metric is that replaces it.

Sure, I'll resolve it early if it gets to that point.

Touche, while nobody uses Tau it is clearly a superior alternative to Pi. Would you resolve this market early if the pool size is reached?

I think there is too much competition for this kind of market. Even with loans increasing demand. It is a long time to lock up money on an uncertain evemt.

They too serve the common goal of moving money into the hands of better predictors. Even if you think they only attract those traders most vulnerable to gambling, that still keeps them out of other markets. It's reasonable to ask for a way to filter out tags.

Can we stop or at least filter out this useless spammy gambling boring pseudomarkets?
