Resolves YES

I have an inverted version: /JosephNoonan/will-this-market-ever-reach-00

This one seems much more likely to resolve YES, though. With the 0.0% market, placing limit orders has much less risk, since, if someone blows through them and brings it down to 0.0%, then the market resolves YES, so you profit off the limit order. For this market, placing a limit order at 99% doesn't seem like such a good idea, since you'll just lose that money if someone brings the market to 100%.

Also, there's not much of an incentive to make the 0.0% market resolve YES, since you would have to bet a bunch of NO against all the limit orders, and then sell it at a loss before you could buy any YES to profit off of. I thin it's pretty much impossible to make a net profit by doing that, whereas, in this market, NO limit orders at 99% just give an even bigger incentive to bet it up to 100%, since you can make some extra profit off of all those limit orders if you have enough mana.
