As of market creation, we have upwards of 1 foot of snow on the ground for several weeks of winter. I think anything more than ~4 inches is plenty for a snowball fight.

In order to confirm the accuracy of this market's resolution, I will do my best to ensure that an authentic snowball fight occurs and its results recorded. Any Manifolders in the area are invited to participate.

If I no longer live there at the time, I'll check the weather reports and ask some locals to try to get an idea of how feasible a snowball fight would have been. If I can't be confident of my conclusions, I'll resolve to N/A.
