If Elon Musk establishes a Mars colony of at least 100 people, will it be more censorious than the US?

Elon has a tendency to say that he's a defender of free speech while also censoring the people he doesn't like. I'm curious how he'd design a society from the ground up.

To qualify for this market, Elon must have had a significant amount of say over the colony. (Doesn't need to be 100%.)

Compared to the US at that time, not as of market creation.

"More censorious" is subjective, I'll make my best judgement.

N/A if he doesn't establish a colony?

@Snarflak If Mars is colonized by someone else to the point where Elon can't reasonably make one, yes.

@IsaacKing (So you're assuming we will have a Mars colony within Elon's lifetime?)

The objective conditions of such a colony (limited resources, forced cohabitation, impossibly to set out to live elsewhere or even to go back to Earth) are probably going to result in a much more authoritarian society than we are used to, no matter what the founder wants.
