This market will resolve YES if one of Eric Adams, Andrew Cuomo, or Curtis Sliwa officially ends their campaign for mayor or explicitly tells voters to vote for another candidate or candidates instead of themself. Since the deadline for ballot access has passed, this market will not resolve based on whether the candidates appear on the ballot, but rather whether they continue their campaigns until election day.
Andrew Cuomo announcing he will not mount a campaign at all would also count for a YES resolution. A candidate putting little effort into campaigning (i.e. holding no events and spending no money) will not count for a YES resolution unless they explicitly say they are no longer running or that voters should vote for someone else instead.
Since this market could be a bit subjective, I will not be trading in it.
