This market resolves based on whether Brightline stops running trains, not whether it defaults on its debt or enters any other deficient financial state. If it is announced as a temporary halt, I will wait to resolve until it's clear whether it is in fact temporary (any shutdown over a month would qualify for a yes resolution).
