Kathy Hochul announced plans to move forward with an extension of the Second Avenue Subway crosstown along 125th St during today's 2026 State of the State address. (https://www.governor.ny.gov/news/governor-hochul-unveils-plan-reimagine-jamaica-station-and-advance-second-avenue-subway)
This market resolves when that extension opens, in its intended full form. The exception to that being if a station is indefinitely excluded from the line for any reason (not just delayed to a later date).
