So... long story short, I'll be biking for about 2.7miles (20 minutes supposedly) over a route that goes up ~300 feet then down ~100 feet. I'm also going to be carrying a pretty full cup (10oz-ish) of hot, decaf, coffee with me. It's a standard-sized coffee cup, and I'll post a before-and-after photo in the description.
Today I spilled+sipped about 80% of the cup, but my goal is to be able to deliver it to a family member without any significant spillage by the EOY.
I will measure with calipers the distance from top of cup to top of coffee, on a flat surface, round to the nearest tenth of an inch that caliper reading, and resolve within a week if this is ever <1.51 inches.
I just won't bet since this is a fun market and not worth risking any resolution hoopla.
"Before EOY," not "at EOY." I might spill >1.5 inches new year's eve, but if the day before I spilled nothing, this resolves YES. ;)

@Eliza Sadly, I haven't bothered posting a photo because there hasn't yet been a time where any nontrivial amount of coffee was left in the cup. And the kitchen where I usually make myself this coffee has closed for the next few days... so it's looking grim, I must say.
I'll give it one last shot probably a couple days before new years, but it turns out that I don't get significantly more coordinated as the year goes on, and the road certainly doesn't get any less bumpy.
@Heliscone If you don't make it in 2023, you should definitely re-make this market for 2024. Happy cycling!
@chrisjbillington During the summer and early fall, near daily, but now at most once every other week. (It's rather cold and I've become much more busy than before)
