if he wins this resolves as YES, if he loses it's NO, if stream crashes or something it's N/A, if he ragequits it's NO, if his opponent ragequits it's YES. If some other situation not described here comes up I'll make some kinda decision or something, also tie = N/A if that's a thing idk
